Another one of my favorite brands and I'm realizing that one of the things that stands out and makes me want to come back apart from the quality and style is great customer service. Vuori never lets me down and always greets me with the friendliest staff. Christine greeted us and asked if I needed help with anything. At first I was just looking and then realized okay I need pants for work that could be doubled to wear during a casual occasion. I love feeling comfy but also look put together / as if I tried harder than I actually did. I am kicking myself because the guy in the fitting room who was helping me was SO NICE and I forgot his name. It began with a T I think. He was so sweet and fun. He even grabbed me a pair of pants that were to be released the next day and wanted me to try them on anyway because it fit the vibe I was going for. I did like them but not enough to pay $170 lol After trying on almost every pant they had I found the winner and NTS I'm an XS. I'm a 25/0 if you're wondering what size to get. The SA that checked me out was also fun and nice! Asking for recs to go to in STL if he were to visit. It really feels like you're just hanging out with friends in this place. Another note! If you opt for getting credit/gift card back for a return, they can look you up by email and apply any credit you have if you do not have it with you. This saved me! Thank you to the loveliest staff I've encountered at a Vurori location! You've ruined my home base location for me with your exemplary service :)

This store is very clean and well organized, but the highlight was the staff. Not only do they make you feel well taken care of, but it’s clear they know the products they’re selling. I spoke with Dakota for most of my visit, and he was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Isabella and another girl (unfortunately didn’t get her name) helped me quite a bit as well and were great to work with. Overall, it’s a great store with good products and a team that genuinely wants to help.
