  Hey Leadership! You have additional shelves and never carry 34 inseam. Might want to reconsider that sometime soon. What do I know though about customer service and sales🤷‍♂️

  My experience at Vuori was amazing! Olivia specifically was a very helpful staff member. I tried on a lot of clothes and she was patient with me, constantly asking if I needed any additional sizes. She went above and beyond, even finding me pieces I didn’t know I wanted! She personalized the experience for me and was very kind. I will definitely be back!!

  The store is easily accessible, and the selection is great. My complaint is with an employee. I called earlier and Cameron picks up. He’s annoyed from the start, is rude and short when being asked questions about a product, says it’s in stock, and when I insist he check before I drive over, he sighs, yells at a coworker to check, then confirms “oh no, we don’t have it, jeez, I guess don’t come”. Obviously, he needs some more training. I called back in and spoke with the manager on duty, Andi, and she seemed undisturbed, admitted he was new, and brushed off my concerns. Either way, I found the shirt online and ordered it there. Not a great experience. I’ll just order online next time.

  Was rushed out of the dressing room pretty aggressively, employee kept knocking on the door while i was trying on outfits. i feel like if i buy $200 worth of items i should be given my time to try them on. never returning to this location.

  This was my first time visiting the domain location, and I was completely taken aback by the service that I received from their ASM, Andy. From the get-go, she was condescending and made me feel dumb for not knowing the answers to my questions. The way that she spoke made me feel unwelcome and like I wasn't worth her time. Her tone, attitude, and facial expressions were dismissive and blatantly rude. Having someone like Andy in a leadership position is disappointing. In contrast, this was a complete shock compared to the kindness that I typically receive from the staff at Domain when Andy is not on the floor, and the South Congress store. My visits since then have been great, and I appreciate the rest of the associates. 1/5 for Andy, specifically

  I absolutely love Vuori, however I had a very bad experience with an employee who said her name was Andy if I remember correctly. I was treated very poorly by her, and she did not treat me with respect or the other person I was with. Her tone was incredibly rude, and I witnessed her talk very poorly to other customers and even employees as well. It almost seemed like she just felt like she was better than everyone and didn’t care about customers or ever really her job based on how she was acting. As I was leaving she gave me a very nasty look almost like she was thankful we were leaving. Everyone else was incredibly nice though, and I had a great interaction with Emily after I started ignoring Andy. Emily was very attentive, and even gave me recommendations on different items which I ended up loving!
